I would like to thank the City of Binghamton, the Binghamton Local Development Corporation, the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program and Mayor Mathew Ryan for making the Binghamton Business Plan Competition possible. I would have not won if not for a team of dedicated professionals helping me along. Thank you to Ginny Robert, of Business Plans That Rock, Karen Klecar of Exit Realty for finding me such a great office space, Pete Perkins of Colonial Plaza Associates for remodeling the office,  Darlene Kanuck of the EAP for her phone call to deliver the news that I had won and her wealth of information, Councilwoman Lea Webb for welcoming my agency to her district, my  daughter Lillie Robertson, my secretary of many years, my daughter Heather Robertson Jr, who designed my HR logo, most of all I wish to thank my husband, Nathanial Robertson JR, founder of Perfect 10 Marketing, Sales & Consulting. He is the one who told me from the start that I would win, he taught me telemarketing, to deliver an effective presentation, he designed my entire marketing plan right down to the office décor, most of all he believed in me.

                It has been a busy year at the HR Staley Agency, we thank all of our customers and have not forgot about the ones who gave me a chance to serve them when it was just myself working from a home office. We look forward to a busy 2012 and helping new friends and customers benefit from better insurance coverage and affordable rates, as we continue to grow. We hope to become a household name in the community and your one stop shop for insurance.
